Comic Cubes - Anybody have these?

They were set-up at NYCC. I grabbed their card. I love the concept & product. They have magazine size units as well. One question is: do they have them to fit CGC books (comics or magazines)? Regardless, I think they're cool despite what a friend said: "Just buy the comics, not all of the junk that goes with them."

I saw these yesterday and have been debating.

 

I'm sure shipping would be a killer so I'm going to ask my FIL, who is a carpenter, about helping me put something like this together.

 

Press board, some framing, a bit of hardware and laminate and some elbow grease...shouldn't be too bad.

Shipping may not be as bad as you think. Were you looking at Comic Cubes or Comic Condos & which configuration were you interested in? If I know that info. along with your zip code, I can get a shipping quote for you.

I got a price quote from a guy a few years ago to build me a similar setup...I declined because I would have had to sell half of my collection to pay him. :grin:
