Very clean and bright, white pages. That left edge actually looks much cleaner in hand.

hard to tell from the scan, but it looks like it has a slight spine roll and the there are quite a few creases on the spine as well. LLC of fc looks slightly blunted. The overhang on the top edge fc isn't a big deal but still a defect. I'd say 7.0

There is no spine roll on this book.

I don't know what's going on with that discoloration on the left edge (Maybe I should have laid off the cheetos?) as I don't recall seeing it in hand, maybe something faint that the scan is over-emphasizing? It's in the mail to CGC so I can't check it. I think the lower left corner is slightly scuffed.

Looks like you have scanner artifacts in the lower left corner, those small lines...I believe I can see the same thing in your X-Men #4 scan....
