Flaming Carrot ashcan? Can someone tell me what this is?

Picked this up for next to nothing the other day, but it's not in Overstreet. Has anyone see this before? Is this a legit ashcan, or some review copy sent to retailers?

I did some searching on the internet, and it looks like they may be limited to 1000, and sold by Bob and SDCC. Not sure how many issues had ashkans, but at least 24-27 or so. Hopefully someone else can chime in more definitively.

Definitely legit - usually there is a sketch on them somewhere also.

The ones for 25-27 (TMNT crossovers) were done in a smaller size, but the other ashcans he does are usually oversize and stapled together (and many times done in a few different colors).
