didn't pack either, sorry... I am collecting SS covers of FF...have all in 9.2, slowly upgrading to 9.4...so, in theory, I would sell the 9.2, just didn't think to bring it (will wait for the surfer movie :baiting: )

A few words about some of the dealers on the list so people can get some idea who may have what. This will be the local dealers I know that either set up at mine and Dave’s show here in Charlotte or have been setting up with me at other area shows for years.

Think the obvious national dealers are well known and people will know what to expect so no comment on them. There are lots of new people on the list I don’t know so obviously no comment here either.

Hope I didn't miss anybody

A. Pennyworth's Comics - Local area shop ….always have a good selection of new books and $1 books.

Apocalypse Comics - Again a local shop. Expect anything from Chad from bulk books to hot titles to CGC books, and usually a good selection of SA and BA. Usually has a lot of toys/action figures/busts/statues. etc.

Be Toyz - Local toy dealer. Brian usually has a lot of new to vintage.

Charles Bond Comics – Charles is a HG collector , both raw and CGC. He always has a good selection of BA and SA. $5 $10 and $20, plus higher end material. Good friend and a very nice guy.

Checkle Comics - David Checkle has been around our area for a long time. Once was partners with Keith Contarino. Always has newer hot books plus BA SA and GA (lots).

Comic Whiz Comics – Banks Robinson is another long time dealer/collector in our area. Always has a good selection of CA, BA ,SA and some GA. Big Marvel and Atlas collector and a very good personal friend.

Roger Mannon – not listed but sets up with Banks and runs the VA Vintage comic show every summer (a very good show in Salem VA).

Dave's Comics & Cards – Dave Hinson is an old friend and is my partner in the Charlotte Comicon and a long time dealer in our area. Always has great new books plus BA, SA, and GA. David is actually setting up in Philly, but his brother, Keith Hinson and son David will be running the two booths at Heroes. Go spend some money!!!

David Burns Comics – David is another good friend and a big Spider-Man and ERB collector(Comics-n-ERB on the boards). Should have a great selection of SA and GA. Always has some nice original art too.

David Shankle Comics – David is another long time dealer/collector in our area and a very good personal friend. David’s inventory rivals almost any other national dealer. Always has nicer SA and GA books.

Fine Comics - Board member and good friend. Jeff always has some great books and fantastic prices.

The Hobby Shop - Another local shop and some really good people. Make sure you check em out.

Jerald Garner – Another very good friend and long time dealer in our area. Partners at one time with D.W. Howard. Nice BA, SA and GA.

Joe Todd – A local favorite. Joe’s a buying machine at most area shows. Big collector of new books. Plus SA too.

Mark Scott - Not local but Mark’s been doing the show as long as me or some of the other old timers have been. Super nice guy and always has some great books at great prices.

Planet Comics – Mike’s a BIG Fawcett collector. Will probably have a lot of newer books and trades plus toys, and I’m sure some nice BA and SA.

Scott Hunter - Just met Scott this past year. Ebay dealer. He has had some fantastic books at some of the area shows lately. BA and SA.

Stormcrow Comics – The ebay legend – No telling what Mark will have. Just make sure you check him out.

The Comic Express – Steve is another long time friend and a super dealer. Very good variety of merchandise and always has some nice BA and SA, and always at very good prices. Heck I buy from Steve all the time.

The Comic Monstore – Another local store. Ray also runs the Comic and Toys MonsterCon every fall.

Ssalefish Comics – Another local store. Bret’s one of the nicest guys you’d ever meet. Should have a nice selection of SA and GA.

Timmy Mac's – Another local store and co-promoter of the Hickory Con twice a year. Tim had been setting up with me at area mall comic and card shows for years (before they pretty much disappeared in our area a few years back) selling comics, sports cards, toys and gaming cards.

Trilogy Shop – Again, not local, but Gerald has been setting up at the show for years. A great guy that always brings a ton of toys and statues, plus cards (gaming Non-Sport) and always has a good selection of BA and SA comics.

Ultimate Comics – Another local shop. Always brings a ton of merchandise.

Walkin Willie's Comics – Bill’s another old friend and a fantastic local dealer. Very strict grader. Nice BA SA and GA books. Make sure you check him out.

And

Guy Joyner (jacks2start on the boards) Guy’s just started in the hobby a few years ago, but he’s a fast learner.

:baiting:lol

Nice selection of $1 comics and BA and SA. Plus CGC books and toys.

Plus Brett’s Comic Pile and Heroes and Dragons (Chris Foss) which are pretty much national dealers and you guys should know what to expect with these two. Make sure you check out their stuff!!!!

Guy's Space - Guy Rose sets up with Brett and started and now co-promotes the VA Comicon in Richmond. Guy always has a huge selection of SA and GA books.

D**n.....almost forgot the TRUE legend in our area .........sorry Earl

Earl Shaw - Let's just say they don't call him the dealer's dealer for nothing.

Just recently he's bought out a store in Alabama and two longtime area collector's collections......so needless to say - he's loaded with merchandise

Most people know him and if you've never met him.......do yourself a favor and say hey and spend some money with him..... I bet you will :baiting:

Jeff

I did the same thing yesterday...unloaded a trailer of Star Trek ships...25 pallets...what should have taken 20 minutes, took hours because the liftgate didn't work, so we had to hand unload the boxes...talk about "cranky"
