Bought this last year...the little white marks near the letter R in daredevil are on the mylar and not the book...

I was thinking 9.4 although there looks like there may be a spine crease by the sabretooth's arse....if not, I'm thinking 9.4

 

Also assuming the smudge on Ka-Zar's shin is from the mylar as well...

A sharp book = 9.4, maybe even a 9.6 if CGC is being a bit more liberal on squarebounds of late, as some folks have mentioned recently.
