I am not worry about losing my case, since I've lost in the past due to his lies.

But this time, I have contacted Mark Zaid and he has offered his assistance to try to help me prove that Danny is hiding his true income (especially through fraudulent comic sales) by commiting ID fraud

Honestly, I don't think ANY of them are joking. This fellow is so hated, folks would pay the airfare just to be there and wave with the books he screwed them over with.

I have been in contact with Jan in the past. She asked about posting here. I told her that she had info that many boardies would be interested in. Seeing her post tonight came as a surprise but she's real.

Well I am assuming you have verified it the same I would have, through the same board member who would certainly know for sure.
