Did you upgrade to the 7.0 that was on EBay? It went unsold for a week when it was at auction and then sold in one day when it was converted to a BIN. I hummed and hawed about that one for a few days.

Cool Alien Axis cover!

Its always been one of my favorites because its just so weird! I should have resisted this one because I already had a copy but this book is extremely rare in high grade and this particular copy is probably the third nicest graded copy. There is only an 8.0 and a 9.0 above it. It is tied with another 7.0 but I'm thinking this copy's page quality is probably nicer than the other one so I'm calling it the third nicest copy.

Thank you! It was a tough decision as the seller was not giving it away; still, in looking at what the 8.0 sold for in 2013 I may end feeling like I got a great deal.

I think you did just fine as this is a real tough book in high grade. I could have sworn that Metro had a raw 9.0 Penn pedigree copy on their site years ago and then I saw it at auction last year and I think the cover must have detached or something because it was now in a low grade slab?

Why is it that when I look at this magnificently macabre cover the first thing that pops into my head is a nightmarish Manga disc jockey?
