Sadly, I don't think he can (brittle pages). That upper left corner looks a little dangerous. I'm not a high grade collector but brittle is a real deal killer for me. When they get flakey, I get shakey.

I think it was on their site for one day, no scan, but it sounded like a nice copy the way they described it. An 8.5ish asking just under $9K.
