You could do like everyone else does and search the internet to see if the artists you are interested in have a website/art rep and contact them directly. They could give you an exact quote, whereas you'll only get half-azzed answers from this bunch

James can draw anything, that's why I posted a link to his commission rates, and not one of his published pages. And he's a heck of alot better than JMS

Here is Ernie Chan's email. He is awesome to deal with , quick and is very reasonable. He just did a large Hulk alittle bigger than 11x17 for me in like 1 week turn around.

Sienkiewicz has a web site, and his prices seemed really high to me when I checked it out a few months ago (I'm not huge into OA, so my scale may be skewed a bit).
