I'm not sure how sun fading affects grade. But I'm thinking 4.5 or so. Is that a tear at the bottom lower staple with part of the cover missing?

I learned to avoid grading books on my laptop as the screen is too small but looks like a classic VG, perhaps VG+. I love FF between 40 and 60, so much fun to read.

Does CGC take away anything for publishing defects like this overwrap? I know it's not wear, but shouldn't a well centered cover sell better than one like this? I know in Moderns that a well center RAI #3 (Valiant) is much more desirable than a 'chopped' top copy. Any thoughts?
