(shrug). No idea , book is stuck inside some sort of plastic thingie

 

I think the next issue in the series changed its name to Circus of Crime and they have to fight Magneto, so maybe ghost got his azz kicked?

That issue is either one of two things:

 

1. A lost classic that no one knows about

 

or

 

2. A comic that SHOULD be encased in unbreakable plastic, graded or not
