He's got an ASM #1 in CGC NM- also.

Yeah, that's the ticket.

Big deal.

I bet I could find 2 or 3 of those in my attic.

Right next to the spare sticks of butter...

www.comicsplus.com goes to a store in GA,

http://www.flyingbuffalo.com/ny.htm indicates a comics plus store in NY.

COMICS PLUS (Store #2)

4 NEW HARTFORD ST

NEW YORK MILLS NY 13417

PH: 315-736-7971

http://phonebook.superpages.com/yellowpages/C-Sports+Cards+&+Memorabilia/S-NY/T-Brooklyn/ indicates another store with the same name:

Comics Plus

302 7th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215

(718) 768-5681

Does the store name ring a bell with NY residents?

FYI--I've e-mailed the seller twice for a larger scan but no response-yet.

Judging by his username "comiccollector1984" and his pocketbook (his feedback is mainly for $2-$5 batman purchases) I would guess this is a 19 year old kid. Pretty pathetic attempt. I guess we should be thankful for these rank amateurs as opposed to polish con men like comic keys.
