nice Gem in hiding...what's the history behind it prior to the last 10+ years?

 

2.0 if the paper is cr/ow or better...otherwise, maybe 1.8

I will fill everyone in when I have permission from the consignor - but it is the gem of about 100 + golden age beauts - including All American #18, Batman 10, 11, and 12, some early supermans and more. (More to come!)

If the chips are due to brittleness - I can see the 1.8 grades - though the book has fairly decent eye-appeal.

I said 1.8, but didnt notice the top staple comment. So the grade seems about right. 1.5 would have been nicer though.

I guess brittle pages did it in... I was going to attach the top staple but didnt want to risk it
