G.A.tor
I have a copy that should be heading to cgc in the next week or so that will grade in the 6.0 to 6.5 range with ow or better pages...already been offered 6K for it Nice! Wow...6K already for this puppy. Looks like the 7K price is achievable. Let's see...5.0 grade is a 80% price jump from 4.5, 6.0 is a 100% jump from 5.0, 7.0 is 50% jump from 6.0, 8.0 is 100% jump from 7.0. to be clear, the offer is pending cgc and it getting at least a 6.5...if only a 6.0, the offer will drop, but that doesn't mean I will sell it lower

Just what if it came back as a 7.0....$9K.

Agent 007
It will be great to see if you can sell it for the $6k in 6.0 or so. I personally wouldn't pay more than $3500 unless the PQ was there as well. But I'm content with the sc22 I have for now. IMO

Most of the books he is selling was bought raw or slabbed purple label or low grade. Edited July 12, 2010 by showcase22gr1959

Yes, the seller has been moving many SC22 too. This business tactics has been generating good profits for the seller and buyers are overpaying...and left holding the bag. BTW, great purchase price on that SC23 6.0. (thumbs u Edited July 12, 2010 by showcase22gr1959

Boba
Relax George, I saw that it was a joke - my reply was also me attempting to be tongue-and-cheek! No one would ever think you mean-spirited. Not a mean bone in your body! Bob
