Obviously, SC22 is one of the book to hold instead of selling for loosing future gains. I think it's still has a 40-50% upside from here if the movie those well and there is a sequel. For SC22 the supply is scarce and the demand just warrant the price jump especially in 5.0+. Yeah...if you make money on a flip that's fine who cares.
