Make it change I's nice to see the flames still lit here even if the movie didn't deliver the results we all hoped for. Just goes to show, at the end of the day it's really about the comic book. When they take something that was "ours" for so long, and all of a sudden make it mainstream, we all think wow, that's cool. But the truth is thet hollywood machine only see's comics as intellectual properties to exploit and process into works that appeal to the "mainstream". After the movies come and go, we end up feeling somewhat betrayed, or even worse, violated (Daredevil, Spider-Man 3 and that god-awful Batman wand Robin movie come to mind) and we also suffer the effects, by having our books rocket in price only to fall precipitously when the movie's fail to deliver on the promises. I don't think your going to see prices dropping at all,it was underrated book for a long time.Now in the past couple of years it has finally come out of it's cocoon.
