That oxidation shadow on the back hurts: I have some ECs that don't look as nice graded higher by CGC. 6.0 because the front cover displays so well, and there aren't any evident hard creases.

Scan is a little small for grading - on the plus side the shadow is only on the back, and it's a decent looking copy, but the amount of creasing around the ax blade makes me wonder if therre isn't more wear that's not evident in the scan. I'm thinking 5.0 is probably the upper range.

+1 agree at 6.0 probably my favorite issue of the run. highly sought after and ultra rare in mid to ubber high grade. a classic for sure.
