I love this thread so thrilled to be able to contribute with my little find

Bought a collection today that had been in someone's "mother-in-law's attic" for 30 years

Wow - a real, genuine "ATTIC FIND" I thought !!!!

I'm in England, so unlikely to be full of Action no.1s - but maybe some Silver-Age gems...?

Well....

Here's the box... A Christmas Hamper box... it looks old...

VERY next book: Green Lantern no.78 in ok grade

Breath goes... there MUST therefore be a GL no.76 in there...

They had some comics but nothing spectacular.

As I'm walking away I notice they have some magazines in a box on the ground.

I score this. ^^

Cool magazine! That's what I would have bought if I was there! Looks to be in great shape. It sells for around $10-20 on eBay.

I have a ton of those CARtoons issues.

Great job!

Went to a great garage sale for my son. Only picked up this stuff, but they had a bunch more figures, some larger ones, even a cardboard cutout of the Hulk. I thought that might be a bit much for his younger brother. :)

The picture is from the Captain America movie and is signed by Stan Lee.

One of THE best post unity valiant stories to be sure. I had almost 1000 copies of this book at one point after buying out a couple of stores. I sincerely regret not decorating my entire living room with them to give my girlfriend at the time a heart attack.

Found at Half Priced Books for 0.25, I'll take it, thank you!
