Top right corner FC has a small issue going on.

 

Bottom right corner FC...are there 2 creases or is it just the small on at the tip of the corner and the rest is artwork or do I see 2 of them?

7.5/8.0 book looks really nice. Spot work would get the impact dent out but nothing will help the creases.

8.5 to 9.0, depends on the extent of the top right cover corner crease. otherwise it would be a 9.4 to 9.6 IMHO
