PGM - Another Showcase 22

Have an opportunity on this one, no scans available but I took some digital photos. Some wear on the edges and a couple of small stains on the back. The big question is what will the writing do to the grade. How would this come back from CGC? Staple are firmly attached and PQ appears to be cream to off White.

Its at least a 3.5 could very well be a 4.0 with very nice page quality

structurally, with the staining, etc, 3.0 is about what cgc would grade it...though, it presents slightly better... pq might get ow too

in this grade the writing is almost a given and does not affect grade. structurally a 3.5 imho. and blue label for sure
