Won an eBay auction for a $2,000 book ten days ago, and they haven't even shipped it yet. I expect better customer service than that. (tsk)

 

A-1 is my LCS and I've been a regular for a very long time. If you still haven't received the book, PM me details and I'll check into it tomorrow when I go to get my weekly fix.

Haven't seen much bashing. I merely stated that they're taking too long to ship my book, and the responses have been nothing but praise.

 

There's been none.
