Last sale of a 9.4 recorded by GPA was about a year ago, and the book fetched $352. The highest GPA-recorded sale of a 9.6 was for $500. The two Comiclink sales of this ish since that time have been, shall we say, anomalies. hm

From the point of view of just this issue, yea, they're anomalies. However, these anomalies are occurring across the entire run and across multiple Marvel titles. I'm starting to sound like a broken record on this, but there are two or three new deep pockets who are setting these types of records on almost any new 9.6/9.8 that hits market. And fallout in the form of museum prices like this one are what we can expect to see for the next year or two while these guys are blazing across the Marvel top-end market and creating unrealistic expectations as to what market values for the best Marvels really should be. :tonofbricks:
