You should add Ebay sending 1099 forms to the IRS starting next year. I think after people selling off their collections find out they will have to claim themselves as a small business and have to deal with self employment tax that the supply of comics in the market will change.

Do you have a link to eBay that states this? I've searched, but only found articles that indicated eBay doesn't have the ability to accurately report 1099 income (as some sellers never pay) and only see themselves as a facilitator.
