PGM: ASM #124 -- Need opinions

This is a recent purchase. It was advertised as Fine/Very Fine.

 

There is a deep dent at the bottom center of the FC (just to the right of "The Mark of the Man-Wolf!" box). There is a 1/4" tear on the back cover at this dent location (it looks dirty in the scan, but it's just where the BC has a small wave due to the dent).

 

I'd appreciate your grades/opinions.

Agreed. 6.0 perhaps 6.5. All 4 corners have significant damage and there are numerous spine ticks. Also looks like some damage near JJ's head and shoulders.
