You either keep this in PMs or call the guy out. Trying to rectify your problem by publically announcing a deadline is elementary playground antics. If I was the person you were directing it at then you just added another obstacle for us to resolve...and frankly aren't doing yourself any favors if your intent was some kind of pressure tactic...

Just post it in the Probation Discussion thread so everyone can leave you alone. This thread may not have been the best way to go about this. Also, if you post it in the Probation Discussion thread before 30 days it doesn't mean they will go on the Probation list. So if it needs discussion, discuss it.
