PGM Giant Size X-Men 1

I bet you guys see plenty of this one, but here is my copy that I've had for around 13 years. Also, on the top margin of the first page, a previous owner had written their name - what effect, if any, would that have on this grade of comic? Edit: there is also a tiny chip missing on the bottom of that first page - I may need to just search through the grading issues forum about these types of things?

 

The book does have a sizeable overhang on it's right side, and you can see where the staple has slightly protruded through the cover to the left of Nightcrawler. There is a small tear on the middle of the left edge of the back cover as you can see in the scan. Finally, I don't know what caused the color breaking spot in the banner on the top left front corner.

Sweet book, I would say 6.5 mainly due to the right edge wear on the overhang... Not sure how writing of the name inside the book impacts the grade...

looks kinda like my 7.0...but im going with a 6.5 due to the wear on the top spine!
