Same here! what's the problem? This is one of my top 5 favorite Batman covers of all time.

I haven't read the whole thread so apologies if already mentioned. But at some point TOS 59 (beginning of series NOT the cap battle cover) was listed as a classic cover in overstreeet... when I'd call it below average

I think the art is very good, but I just don't feel anything from it. There isn't the imminent danger/action from many other covers, nor is there the "oh no they didn't!" feel to it. A girl is tied up and some guy is standing there. For all I know someone kidnapped her and they stumbled upon her and are going to free her. I think it would be much better if the front guy had the whip above his head menacingly and/or the girl actually looked concerned rather than constipated.
