Neal Adams Batman keyword spamming

This one irritated me today:

It says "BV $3,400" with a BIN of $285. If you read far enough it admits "top Overstreet value $3,400...(and in smaller type) "value in assigned grade $320."

 

I wouldn't buy from this guy just on principle even if this was a book I wanted. If this is a boardie's auction I'd love to hear why they include a basically irrelevant detail in the headline.

 

Am I wrong to think this is a lame tactic?

No, he did not work on this issue.

 

Why not throw Bob Kane's name into the title just to cover all the bases.

 

I saw this one too when it was listed. What a joke. He also has a Bats #227 9.2 listed at twice market value. :tonofbricks:
