That cover looks like a 9.4 to 9.6... Is that spot on the back cover by the bottom staple "gum erasable"??

- Appreciate the input. I wouldn't want to do anything to damage things here..what is a 'safe' approach to see if I can get rid of the marks on the BC ? Is an eraser OK to use ?

Looks like a stain on top edge back cover by the spine.

 

7.5/8.0 the rest looks like dirt or ink transfer.

Great looking book. White covers can hide a lot of defects in scans, so we tend to be a little harder on them.

 

Book looks like a 9.4, depending on what that snark is on the back cover.

If it's ink, or transfer or anything from the printers, you'll be fine.

If it's staining of any kind, CGC will HAMMER the entire book. 7.5

9.0 what with the top left BC corner looks like paper is folding little baby size. Overhang? and the stain take the magic erase pad and give it a blip-over. anything more than that and asking for trouble.

That stain is a killer on an otherwise nice book, and I'd guess 8.0. If it goes into the interior pages, then 7.0-7.5.
