QUESTION: Stan Lee on a Flash cover?

I don't know if I made this up, but I swear I read here on the forum ages ago that there was/is a Flash cover that had Stan Lee in the background - not to the extent that you can tell it's him right away, but I think he was walking in the background or something. I'm sure it was a Neal Adams cover... if that helps.
