I have joined the club - picked this up for ~$620 recently in the UK. Has some slight damage towards the top of the book but I am very happy with the overall eye appeal.

I bought it at the Albuquerque Comic Expo. The dealer had it as a 5.0 and priced as such. I think its a tad better and I'm betting after a press and sub it will come back a 6. Either way, its a nice book and I'm over the moon to have one.
