I saw a copy of Incredible Hulk #181 in a certified 9.4 grade offered for sale at a local comic book establishment, however it appeared to me that it was terribly overpriced.

Provided its still in extremely high garde condition, like new, i'm sure those who are obsessively seeking such a copy would not mind how much 's being charged let alone the grade stop them. One can always try bargaining, you never know just how much you can bring down the price unless its consigned to be sold at a minimum. Good luck

Comic shops seem to overprice CGC slabs a lot, especially if they don't deal with them often.
