While I generally don't chase high grade, I do have some nice copies of tough books. This issue of Strange Adventures has only 4 copies graded above Fine. It's also one of the more uncommon gorilla issues :cloud9:

Only three copies of this issue of a relatively common series in 9.0 or above...

Here's my copy for comparison's sake:

Either you have a better scanner or your copy has much better colors!

Ha ha. You're probably right!

Don't remember this story very well but I seem to recall it was absurd.

This issue has a significant variation of color shading across the print run. Some copies have richer tones and others can appear a little washed out.

In my opinion all the variations have their own appeal.

One of my most pristine 10 cent comics. This issue has 8 graded copies fine or above. I think this one would match or beat the highest graded (9.2).

Mine is a very good scanner. Not only does it capture all the colour of a comic, it unfortunately highlights, even magnifies, every tiny flaw that doesn't seem particularly significant looking at the comic in hand.

Spectacular copy. :applause: Perhaps the tiniest hint of a corner tick in the upper right hand corner. Not too mention it's a ten center. :headbang:
