While I appreciate the posts and comments within my thread, I ask that we get back to basics here.

 

I posted a couple books last night because one username, as I mentioned yesterday, was upset after seeing a lot of posts but no books, so I posted a couple for now to calm the storm.

 

As far as the Exciting 34, you know it's graded VG/FN 5.0 with off white to white pages, end of story. I'm like a zillion other dealers/collectors on CGC - I didn't like the grade on a book(s) they gave, it happens, that's all I've been saying and I think Cheetah and maybe other usernames misunderstood my point.

Ok All,

 

The moment has arrived!

 

My dad and I discussed what was written about opening up a new thread in regards to the Batman/Detective Comics books. After considering the length of the current and only thread, we will gladly post these in a new thread.

 

The Golden Age Classic Covers etc thread will continue to operate until I get some books back. Note that the books that were graded from CGC are in fact at a friends house and I honestly just haven't had the time to go there and pick them up.

 

So, because of the vast number of Bats/Detectives, I was considering just doing a list of grades and prices since doing scans will just cause too much congestion in the new thread. Give me your thoughts before my dad and I get things rolling.

In terms of Timelys/Marvels - I do have some Spider Mans from the 80s i just picked up from a tag/garage sale a couple weeks ago. One of them is ASM 252.

 

Those are probably the only Marvel/Timely related books I have :-(
