Dishonest stuff going on in the Board Only Sales Area Forum...Sad.

While the ethics behind this move are questionable, the motivation is simple to understand: people want money, and some want it badly enough to lie, cheat and steal. Easy to understand.

What I don't get is bringing this deal here. If I was a swindler and had a scam based on people not noticing the fine details of a comic, can you think of a worse site to try and fool people?

(I'm not patting myself on the back, I cannot grade to save my life, but I am amazed on a fairly regular basis by the stuff that gets spotted here).

My thoughts exactly, some guys on here would put the top detectives at New scotland yard and the FBI to shame.

Frankenstein thinks different. His brain is Abby Normal.

lol That's classic!

May this be another reason for not allowing name changes on the board? It may not prevent this from happening, but it might slow it down.

I mean, is there really a good reason to change your board name, unless there is a typo in it?

I agree with you. Name changes should be verboten.

If you register and choose your name when you're drunk or stoned. I thought Hand_Job would be hilarious at first, but after weeks of detox I came to see it as an unwise choice and petitioned the Mods to let me change it. At first they played with me, but after dozens of voice messages, of me sobbing, they relented as long as I kept one of the original words on the name. I almost went with Nut_Job, then I almost went with another variation one extremely windy day, but then I got the Blue Ribbon issue that introduced Captain Flag and his nemesis, The_Black_Hand. The rest, as they say, is more mindless internet chat board drivel.

some people have more cents in their pocket than they do in their moral fiber I would guess.
