This is one of those restored books where I honestly have no idea what grade CGC would give this one. It has lots of very tiny spider-creases on the front cover where the resto has been done. But the book presents beautifully.

 

Since I have to assign it a grade, for the sake of the thread I'm going to grade it 5.0/6.0.

 

G guide is $4100 (and a G+ just sold for $5400)

Bought this one on eBay Years ago as a NM. I am going to be conservative and call it F/VF but it looks much nicer! Has some slight discoloration on the top edge and some light staining on the back cover.

*edit. Also, the front cover is detached from the top staple, but still attached at the top staple on the back cover.*

 

Very rare! There are only 12 copies on the CGC census!! (that includes restored & unrestored!)
