Is that IS the costume...wow I'm not totally impressed by it. It looks too futuristic. I was thinking of something more god-like. Similar to Clash of the Titans.

Although I like some of his movies, there have been a pile of stinkers, and I can't think of one (other than maybe Henry V) that could be called "great" - and NONE of them were remotely action movies, especially a funny book flick like this.

 

He's a smart and extremely talented guy, and I am not sure he can tone down the story and movie to its intended 10-12 year old target audience.

 

But who knows, he may have pulled it off, I'm just not betting on it based on his track record and almost total preoccupation with stage-like, Shakespearean movies.

BTW Branagh's Frankenstein sucked. Even Deniro couldn't save it.

He looks too clean, needs to be more gritty looking. Viggo Mortenson would have been a much better choice.

Second how will the "Thou" Speak hold up on screen?

Will it seem weird for 80% of a movies dialog to be spoken this way?
