I have a feeling it would be a Qualified Label, as it may be considered like taking a page out of a comic. But there was a discussion about situations like this a few months back in the restoration forum. I think someone said you can request it be graded with a blue label, but then you'll suffer the defect impact of the glasses missing.

 

There is nothing wrong though with a Qualified Label when you have a beautiful book like that.

You know, this is going to sound stupid but I don't have a single one of the Betty Page books. I've got a bunch of other stuff but just have not come across the copies of those I wanted at the right price yet. Nice pick up!
