Picked this up cheap from a local gentleman's collection that's been tucked away. Lots of low grade, but some VF. This one is low, but I grabbed it anyway, since I don't have one.

 

Staples holding cover and cf. 1.25 spine split bottom. 1.25 spine split in the middle of the spine. Heavy spine wear. Just about every page has at least one minor interior tear. Pages are not brittle, with moderate tanning.

 

FC 1 inch tear by A-Bomb, 2 smaller tears bottom. Paper loss ULC

 

BC Raggedy bottom with 3/4 inch tear, 3 heavy creses ULC

I'll go with a 2.0. Nice pick-up.

You could easily sell it as a 2.5.

I'll go with 1.8 for now. Now if I scotch tape it up, it might get better
