He is pretty much a caricature. I like the character, but he would work so much better if they fill him out, which I believe the show could do well. I trust the show now. They filled out the governor's character very well this season. +1 Per the article, they are going to give some breathing room between characters. They will have plenty of time to dream up and cast the best person. It shouldn't be too hard with the way Morrissey knocked it out of the park.
