I've just read that there are going to be 5 monthly Batman titles, not including the spin-offs with various Bat characters.

 

It would seem that DC have acquired the Marvel disease of over-kill.

It all comes down to readers. And is this new??? We had LOTDK before, Robin had his own monthly as Nightwing for years, All-Star Batman and Robin, etc.. This really isnt anything new.

i dont see the problem. Everyone know Batman is the cash cow for DC. Its not necessarily overkill considering 2 of the books will feature Dic k grayson as batman.
