I believe this may have been a poster intended for foreign distribution of collected serials by Republic. Hence the Captain Marvel--they could cover the title and use the poster for either?

Some other info I have.... this was printed in Atlanta, GA (I was told that's what the number in the lower right represents). I was also told by the previous owner that it's very rare. I haven't been able to find another sale of this poster anywhere online.

 

It's a very unique item that looks even better in person. It would look great framed and displayed on someone's wall.
