This thread is looking like a great resource. It seems logical to have a Celebrity section as well. I'd love to know if anyone knows where Sam Jones and Melody Anderson are appearing this year.

Heck I am thinking to transfer this info to the DWC website as well. I have been toying with the idea of having a creator page on our website as the creators are announced by the different shows. That way people who are not CGC board members have a place to go to look up the info on a regular basis. Hopefully it helps to introduce more people to the CGC concept.

 

It might be more appropriate on the CGC website.

I think you're missing the point of putting it on the DWC website. Or are you?

 

Not sure a CGC Board fan generated creator list belongs on a business website other than CGC Chat Board or CGC website. I could see a link from DWC(or any other facilitator's site) to the list, wherever it is compiled.

I can keep checking the list at the convention websites, which are constantly updated, but I would advise boardies to do the same as well. They might be looking for someone that I may not have my sights set on (and could miss it).

 

I am also making tentative plans for New Orleans Wiz World at the end of the month, I would ask anyone looking to get books done at that show to look at the guest list, and then give me a shout via PM. Same with Boston and Pittsburgh.

Rich, I believe Andrew was looking to establish a thread here that would be updated as opposed to boardies checking sites every day for updates.

 

In that regard I will keep the Boston Comic Con guest list updated on a weekly basis. Some of the guests were already noted, I updated the rest of them listed and added some more artists as well. I am also a CGC approved facilitator for this event(will post announcement this week).

Richard Isanove moved to Europe late last year. I would imagine if he makes any appearances this year it would be at SDCC.

 

Also, Billy Tan moved to Australia so once again he likely will only be appearing at SDCC if anywhere.

We are thrilled to announce the addition of J. Scott Campbell to our Special Comic Guest List!

 

Just called CGC and had them HALT the grading of my Wolverine #1 - Deadpool Variant Cover they just received on Friday in order to have it signed by Campbell first!

 

I'm going to be attending WW Miami and MegaCon this year, getting signed up for the DWC Stan Lee signing and wanted to wait for the VIP announcement that is still "coming soon," any Collector's Society early announcement on that just yet?
