Every Batmobile Ever...

They left out the one Batmobile that appeared in more stories then any of those shown. The Bubble-Dome Batmobile that Sheldon Moldoff drew may have been the wierdest looking Batmobile, but it was in more Batman stories then any of those listed. Moldoff's version started appearing in Batman stories in 1955 and was still shown once in a while even during the "New-look" of Batman that was in the 60's. Its my favorate version of the Batmobile because of its strange design.

I like the 1944 one the best.

 

It was brought back in '95. Kelley Jones used to draw a mean rendition of it. :cloud9:

Here is a perfect example of the wartime Batmobile. Large, swooping, curvatious body with small windows. (From Detective #87 by Sprang)
