anyone else buy/read this? i thought it was intriguing enough to check out #2 and to pick up the Morning Glories TPB when released. Nick Spencer may be the real deal.

Yes, I read it today and found it interesting enough to place #2 on my pick up list. I'm becoming a Nick Spencer supporter as I also buy and enjoy his Morning Glories and the new T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents.

Waiting for my copy to come in the mail... though I am very anxious to read it. I'm not as big a fan of Morning Glories as most other people are, but it is still a good read. Plus the art is right up my ally... looks great. I'll probably get around to Thunder Agents when its in trade. I see its also getting great reviews.

Read it and found it engaging. Solid story that's complicated but not impossible. I'm in for a few issues.

It's been sitting in my pile since last week and finally read it.

 

I thought it was pretty good. At first, I thought it was going to be just a bit too complicated with all this talk of alternate realities. Then, Spencer does a great job walking you through the world he created through the main characters monologue. I'm definitely looking forward to the next issue.

Read this last night. I really liked it. The concept seems pretty good, original enough for me at least. The art was great... although I'm never a fan of using real pictures in comics for some reason, so that bothered me a bit... wish that section hadnt lasted as long as it did. I'll pick up #2 though. Good start.

I liked this. Didn't hate the art, but could take it or leave it. Story has nice possibilities. I'm in!

I read the preview and was totally into it. Then, when it came out, I forgot about it!

I was fortunate enough my LCS had one left and held it for me, since everyone else was out
