The FINAL RANKING is determined by this criteria:

 

Place (Total Number of Points)

Then number of 5pt rounds

3pt rounds

1pt rounds

-1pt rounds

0pt rounds

and then a Tiebreaker consisting of when the first Bullseye round is achieved followed by successive tiebreakers if that doesn't produce a clear winner.
