I come home from Easter Dinner to this

lol, glad to see I'm not the only person getting these types of emails.

I think lots of people get the odd email that has nothing nice to say. Most people wouldn't talk like that in real life and those that do still wouldn't understand a little reasoning or logic. Instead they'll just continue to find some reason to be a hater.

And to those posters questioning my pricing.

Let's just say I fell on the pricing knife and it was a tough book when I bought this 9.6.

This is what happens when you buy a book for a customer too tightly and they don't pay.

It's called "I'm buried in the book" and eventually it will sell for a nice loss.

People lose money on comics?

It seems that this is my week for obnoxious ebay buyers.

Got this on my AF #15 CGC 5.5 listing.

Latest GPA reported sale was $13K - 3/19/2011 just in case anybody is wondering.

Not only do I not give a sheet about the hobby but now I am guilty of flaunting my books to the have nots of the collecting world.

Dear blazingbob,

Current value is $9k to 9.5 k for a 5.5. One just sold last month at Clink for 9,500. what makes your copy worth 50% more ? you want to sell it or do you want to flaunt it

Eeek.......ick, ick, ick

Now I feel like things are crawling all over me!

I am going back to that site to squish everything!

I guess he's mad Robojo33 is selling one for $5350 and another seller is selling one for $3650. I really want to tell him to send Danny the email he sent me and see what type of response he gets. lol

I have experienced stuff like this over the years but frankly haven't gotten an email like this in awhile.

I'm going to crack it out and sell it as a raw 9.8. That'll show him.

Just for a laugh Google this :censored: user name, and this is what pops-up.

It would appear that he is one very messed-up collector.

Just worked a deal today with Bob for a GL 1 and I am super excited about it. Price was very fair and he's a super nice guy to talk with.

As for Ratking and his like, well some folks just live to complain and make others miserable with them. ignore them, take the high road and enjoy this great hobby.

This guy has never spent more than $10 on a book, and has absolutely no intention of changing that.

Bob offer him the book the reduced price, call his bluff, I guarantee you'll you get some other kind of rant in your direction as a reply.

It happens all the time. Most people of this type, end up being overpowered public servants on minimum wage... or worst vermin on the planet... custom agents!!!

...ok, I might of taken a wrong turn onto Myownrant Lane there, where's my GPS :P

Bob,

You're officially "en feugo". Enjoy it while you can, it doesn't last forever.

He used to be a lot softer.

Just a thought but Ratking216 is apparently from Cleveland, OH and 216 is Harold's old area code. Whenever I see a comic collector from Cleveland acting like a person_who_is_obnoxiously_self-impressed I assume its probably Alleybat looking to get a rise out of someone.

In either case I wouldn't let it bother you too much Bob! Someone already mentioned but if you google this person's username some of the stuff that comes up is just plain creepy.

lol, you're probably right.

i can't imagine anything more pathetic than this. holy cheese and rice, that's the epitome of "loser."

someone didn't get enough love as a child. i suppose we should be thankful his sociopathology went in this direction and he's not out killing people

His My world eBay page is all kinds of win, in that pathetic, "holy mother of G-d this has to be a joke" sense.

All About Me

What everyone should know about me
I am a professional poker player. I play at PokerStars, FullTilt, Ultimate Bet, and Bodog. I am usually at the low to middle limit NLHE or PLO tables. It depends on my mood that day. And I have an obsession with Miley Cyrus.
Things I sell
I try to sell a bit of everything and anything.
Things I buy
Mainly just Casino Chips and Comic Books to add to my collection. But every once in a great while I might get some kind of Miley thing. Her autographed photos are always on my list if it's the right price.
Things I collect
Casino Chipsand Comics

Languages spoken:English

Interests

Hobbies
Poker, Rats, Photography, and Trucking.
Favorite BooksSuper System 2
Favorite MoviesCashback
Favorite Music/BandsI mainly listen to everything. I know people say that: but I really do! I have over 12000 songs including anything from Britney Spears to Velvet Acid Christ, Frank Sinatra to some weird German Witchcraft (Die Form), and Johnny Cash to 50 Cent. I really try to focus on more of the underground music though.
Favorite TV ShowsHigh Stakes PokerPoker After DarkFirst 48Speedersand pretty much anything that's on TRU TV.
RatKing216
This is all one word for a reason. The R and K must also be capitalized as well. It is pronounced as Rat King 2 1 6. Not 216. Not 21 6. Not 2 16. But 2 1 6. Each number upon itself. Say it with me... Rat King 2 1 6. RatKing is for obvious reasoning. I have been known as the King of Rats if you will. I have bred more than my share of litters. Yes always as pets. The highest number of rats that I have ever had was 23. Right now, however, I only have 6. The 216 represents my prior area code. Which will always remain my home even if I'm not there. The one and the only Cleveland, Ohio. (You can stop laughing now). Put it all together and you have me. RatKing216.
