Do they come with a COA?

No certificates have ever been produced for this collection. The provenance is short: from the original owner to A-1 Comics to you. Hence, your invoice should provide sufficient proof that the comics purchased in this thread all come from the River City Collection.

 

But Brian may be interested in hearing from a skilled graphic designer if you know of one! :foryou:

 

Are there more Atlas books or is that it?

Unfortunately, this is all that remains of the Atlas books. The vast majority of the Atlas stuff sold quickly during the initial offering some 13 years ago. :sorry:
