I remember reading that Werewolf story...thanks for the Memories! I also love the classic GA style melting cover by Dominguez. This issue was my first Unexpected.

 

 

Very cool! Your first Unexpected bought and read, or your first CGC graded?

I don't own much OA but my mini goal was to get the classic monsters (Vampire, Werewolf, Frankenstein) by artists I liked. I wasn't too familiar with Jess Jodloman but as stated before, I liked the piece. Now I need a Frankenstein...

Last one. Not a Bronze Horror per se, but this cover represents the 70's as well as any cover I can think of. Its got it all and if you hate the 70's it is pretty horrific.

Love those Red Circle books...haven't gotten my golden stash of 'em yet...but I'm working on it.

 

You are right, that last one almost gave me a flashback of Luke Cage #1....the cheese factor alone on that cover is represented in every cop movie of that timeframe...kinda cool (and scary).
