PGM Xmen 9 Miss cut, need help

The book is miss cut pretty bad, the bottom edge is bigger than usual and the top edge is smaller than usual. when you look at the back cover you will see how off the pages are and its like that throughout the whole book.

That edge is pretty straight in relation to the rest of the book. Are you sure it's just not a bad trimming rather than a misscut? Is that a possibility?

I say no because the inside is so off centered its insane. A trim wouldnt do that. The inside would be fine and centered

It's been trimmed dude.

it looks trimmed , the bottom inch and a half looks straight and then cuts in .

I'd say it's impossible to detect a trim without having the book in hand.

I saw a beautiful X-Men 14 at a show that looked just like that.

 

I have no idea how to compensate for that to determine a grade...

 

As a guess I'd say a 7.0

If it IS a printing defect, then it shouldn't affect the grade.

However, I have a VERY difficult time believing this is not trimmed.

The inside is massively off center also, so I'm leaning towards non trimmed and also the BE is longer than the Xmen8 I have by a decent amount. I could be wrong, I'm not trimming expert since that's the hardest resto to detect. The top edge has an ink stain from a dealer it looks like and it hasn't been trimmed. So who knows. I didn't pay much for it. Think I paid like 25$ 2 years ago or so.

I actually had an x-men #9 very similar to that. It had the same miscut. However, this does look trimmed.
